Loot Lasso (lootlasso.com) is operated by Catapult Medical Review, LLC ("we," "us," "our"). These terms are an agreement between you and us about your use of the website, its calculators and its content (the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these terms. Loot Lasso provides free educational material and calculators about personal finance, including a tool that helps you rebalance a portfolio across taxable and tax-advantaged accounts. You don't need an account to use the Services, and nothing is sold on the site.
The Services are intended for people 18 and older and for use within the United States. If you use them from somewhere else, you're responsible for following your local laws.
Everything on Loot Lasso, including articles, examples and calculator results, is general educational information. It is not financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and it does not take into account your goals, finances, tax situation or risk tolerance.
Calculator results are estimates. They are only as accurate as the information you enter and the assumptions the tool makes. You are responsible for checking every result before acting on it.
What you enter in our calculators, such as holdings, account values and targets, is stored only in your own browser's local storage. It is not sent to us, and we cannot see, back up or recover it. Clearing your browser's site data, using a private window, or switching devices or browsers will remove or hide it. Keep your own records of anything you want to save.
We do collect limited analytics information about how the site is used. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and your choices.

SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY, SO SOME OF THESE LIMITS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
You agree to defend and hold harmless Catapult Medical Review, LLC and its owners, employees and agents from any third-party claims, losses and reasonable legal fees arising from your misuse of the Services or your violation of these terms or the law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute related to the Services will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Minnesota, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction. Either party may bring an eligible claim in small claims court.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If a change is significant, we'll also post a notice on the site. Changes apply from the date they're posted, and continuing to use the Services after that means you accept the updated terms.
